Planning Storyboard for my Aimovig commercial
1. The first scene is meant to be the "before" in terms of symptoms. One of the two main characters is seen to be having a headache, lying in bed at night unable to sleep. They are clearly uncomfortable and in pain. This problem is in need of a solution.
2. The solution is presented, in a discreet way visually. The needle is seen to be in the background, implying that the character had just given themselves a dose, and now feel much better. They are exiting the doorway and greeting the second character in the commercial.
3. The two main characters are now together and they begin to do normal everyday activities. This scene will be filmed in the living room, with the camera pointed at the living room couch. This is where they will both be sitting and looking happy.
4. This scene is similar to the last one, as these will be played during a similar part of the voiceover. The two characters are on a patio, sitting across from each other.
5. This final scene before the tagline is meant to be a somber conclusion as an "after" in terms of mood and happiness. The two characters are sitting on a swing held by a tree branch, with the camera zoomed out behind them. They are both staring forward with their heads resting on each other's.
6. The tagline: a short sentence while the logo is edited on screen. This is used as one final way to leave an impact on the audience before the advert finishes. I will probably use a transition into a still image, as the animation isn't that important in the logo.
